  2. Yes, that tired bit is unfortunate :). One time, I wasn’t wearing any makeup, and my cousin (a boy) was like, “Huh, Hannah, are you wearing some darker makeup around your eyes?” And I was like, “No, those are my dark circles.” But I have made peace with them (mostly)!.

    Also, we are a firm toaster oven household!

    #627 It is really a passive-aggressive way to try and appear concerned when in fact they are passing judgement on you for both looking tired and assuming you are incapable of taking care of yourself. Appropriate responses may include:

    Yes, I am tired…OF YOU. Keep the critiques to yourself dude.
    Yes, I am tired…being this awesome is hard work, yo.
    Yes, I am tired…here, you vacuum/put the dishes away/take care of my kid for a few hours. I’m taking a nap.
