  1. What whole cheese craze?
    Have I been MISSING it?

    I love cheese!
I thought people who drove stick shifts revved up their engines and went fast so as to look as though they are a big race car driver…
Now that you mention the Big Bopper in that way, it does sound really funny. He had to have been at least slightly disappointed. If not…well then he deserved the nickname! (snicker)

Are you one of those millionaires that eats cheese for dessert? If you are, please explain.

      • claudia w says:

No. Sadly I am a millionot. I eat cheese because it is good. And when it is in a grilled cheese samich it is all gooey and runny and yummy. I like cheese because my doctor says I should not eat so much of it. I don’t listen to her. Shhh, please don’t tell her!

Cheese. It’s not what’s for dessert.

You mean cheese, as a whole, not cheese that is whole, like whole milk mozzarella or something…I LOVE CHEESE. Some cheese. Not all cheese. I don’t like any that are obviously moldy, but are being passed off as really special. You can keep your exceptionally rare mold thankyouverymuch. And that cheese that smells like a dead rats feet have been marinated in sewage? NO THANKS.

But a lovely cheddar, with some yummy crackers, or brie, wrapped in a puff pastry, with walnuts and apricot inside too, baked to a puffy, gooey perfection? Yahtzee! I like cheese as an appetizer, not as dessert though.
