#773 Oh man, I loved my 1972 water bed. It was just warm and cozy enough to make me think my productive life was over. I lived in a miserable little ice-clad town and my water bed was heaven heaven heaven. By 1975 I was over water beds. But I remember those first heavenly months. slosh slosh wave slosh

I had a king sized water bed in a second floor apartment. Never thought about the repercussions of it….until one day we had an earthquake while I was at work. No; it did not drown my downstairs neighbor, but it did set me to thinking, so I drained it that night and slept on my sofa bed. I really did miss the slosh, slosh, warmth of that waterbed though!

  4. We once had a water bed but apparently forgot the heater. It was cold and left me feeling damp.

I agree with you on chaps. We see then on cowboys/girls and bikers around here.
